Returns & Refunds

If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our site, please email happyinthebrine@gmail.com and we will give you instructions on where to send your return.

Returns
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be in its original form (CANNOT be worn, altered, or washed).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
  • You can ship the item(s) back with any shipper for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds

We want you to be HAPPY. If your unsatisfied in anyway, we will work with you to make it right (ie. exchange, refund, a wave, etc.).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
